Hospice Good News!

Work commenced on the building of the new hospice recently and it is expected to be ready late next year. The hospice will cater for people across the whole of the North West region of Co. Dublin. To-dae fundraising has been mainly concentrated in the Dublin 15 area but it is hoped to expand this to the entire of North West Dublin.

Fr. DanJoe and the community Celebrate!

Fr. Dan Joe celebrated 50 years in the Capuchin Order at the 6.30 mass on Saturday 3rd October. This special mass was followed by a reception in Castleknock Community Centre, attended by dignitaries and members of the community all of whom wanted to be part of the celebration of 50 years of prayer and dedication to his mission. Long may he continue to work among us!

Meitheal

Well done to all the volunteers on the "Meitheal" who worked throughout recent months to clean and paint the church. The current round of work is coming to an end and the building looks all the better for it. Thanks to all those who volunteered their time and expertise.
