SIXTH
SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
St. Francis
Hospice Dublin 15
Plans for the development of a full hospice service for the Dublin 15
area were unveiled last Tuesday night, 10th February in the Blanchardstown
Centre. Hosted by RTE presenter and local Dublin 15 resident, Micheal Ó Muircheartaigh,
the event was attended by representatives of businesses and community
groups active in the area.
According to Ethel
McKenna, Chief Executive Office of St. Francis Hospice, “it has
now been clearly established that an additional hospice is required
for the Dublin North-West area. The establishment of this new facility,
under the management of St. Francis Hospice, will include the immediate
requirements of a base for our Home Care Team who are currently operating
in the area and the building of a Hospice Day Care facility.”
For Benefactors wishing
to contribute regularly by Standing Order through a current account,
we have a standing order facility. Blank forms available at the back
of the church.
